He did not push me to buy; he answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my buying experience. We were blown away by the exceptional customer service at Del Sol Auto Sales. We had been searching online for a quality used car, but every time we found something we were interested in, either no one got back to us or someone finally got back to us but the car had already sold but the posting was still up. When we contacted Del Sol about a vehicle, not only did they have the car and all its details, they also gave us suggestions on a few other cars there so we could compare. Del Sol has their own mechanics on site, so they inspect their cars and make necessary repairs without passing the price on to its customers. We never felt pressured or deceived. In fact, Sel Sol went out of their way to make sure we got the best prices possible and made sure we understood all the contractual stuff we were signing so we could make informed decisions. Used car buying can be as fun as getting a root canal, but Fernando, Javier, and Victor made purchasing a car with Del Sol a really positive experience, and we know we got a quality used car at a really reasonable price.
